Shipping:

Phalanx Concealment is not responsible during the shipping of any items. Once your item is given to the care and custody of the USPS, or UPS, it is no longer in Phalanx Concealments’ control. The responsibility is between you and the shipping organization. We cannot control the shipping of items. We will provide you with a email stating that your order is now complete and we will supply you with a second email providing you with a tracking number of your package. 

We ship out custom and semi-custom holsters within 2 weeks (this is subject to change) from the order date depending on order volume. The shipping time is based on the current demand for our quality holsters.

We do not stock any holsters, every holster is made to order and manufactured to your selected options.

We ship all items with USPS Priority Mail. Most shipments will arrive 2-4 business days after the package is shipped out.

We ship to the United States, and occasionally internationally. International shipping will be to the expense of the purchaser. All international shipping will be conducted through USPS/UPS. Due to conflict, we will not ship to countries that are under civil unrest or actively engaged in hostile action (war)–namely Iraq and Afghanistan.

Return Policy

Final sale for ALL custom orders. Most items sold are custom made holsters. You may return items to Phalanx Concealment within one week of your delivery date if the return criteria is met. Criteria for a return is that your gun does not fit in the holster, we made it the wrong color kydex, or the wrong holster was custom made. For example, if you order a holster that accommodates a light (Dagger 2.0 with light), and you find that there is not audible click, this does not meet the criteria for a refund, because it clearly states that the Dagger 2.0 with light does not have an audible click– and is friction retention. If you order the wrong holster for your gun, this does not meet the return criteria. Please do not mail back your holster to Phalanx Concealment; inform Phalanx Concealment of the issue, and the issue will be assessed to see if it meets the criteria of being refunded.

If an item is refunded/cancelled with PAYPAL, the PAYPAL fee (typically 4%– subject to change) will NOT be refunded to you.

Quick Ship items are all Final Sale/NO exchanges.

Kydex and Leather lined holsters

Due to the time and money spent in custom Kydex and Leather lined holsters, Phalanx Concealment will NOT accept any returns. If there is a mechanical issue with the holster, the holster can be shipped back for review, and if deemed necessary, a new holster with be made as a replacement. Leather lined holster will not have an audible click for the retention. This does not constitute a mechanical defect. Delivery date criteria as stated above, applies.

We are not responsible for you picking the incorrect firearm or incorrect draw hand for your holster. For example Sig Sauer has many variations of the same model such as the p320. It is the buyers responsibility to do necessary homework, and choose the correct pistol. So, ensure that you have chosen the correct holster for your pistol.

Color(s) or Patterns are final upon the purchase of the holster or other product. Phalanx Concealment can no longer change color(s) or patterns after purchasing, due to the expense of making a custom holster. Please make sure you choose your color(s) or patterns correctly, as this is a special order.

We appreciate your business, and we are 100% committed to working with you to ensure you get the product you want. So please email before mailing anything back. Most if not all issue can be corrected.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return address, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Any product that has been modified from its original design or condition will not be accepted, i.e. (heating, trimming, drilling). Upon receipt of returned product, an inspection will be conducted. If the product has been modified, a return of payment will not be processed. Postage necessary to return to customer is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping expenses are non-refundable.

ALL Holsters are constructed using an exact replica of the chosen pistol. Fitting is checked repeatedly throughout the manufacturing process, so very rarely will your pistol not fit the holster, unless you’ve modified the pistol. If you have modified your pistol in any way from the manufactures’ specs, Phalanx Concealment is not responsible for your pistol not fitting the holster; therefore, a refund will not be granted.
